MT. BATUR SUNRISE HIKING
Early leave from your hotel in the morning, your guide will take you to climb
up for one and a half hour to the oldest and highest crater to catch sight
red sky when sunlight appears and a wonderful sunrise view. After that, you
walk around the rim of the volcanic cone and continued to to through the second
crater (erupted 1926), the third crater (1963) and the youngest crater (1974
and 1994), then you climb down cross the hilly lava. This lava forms a sea
of black sand.
In the afternoon bird walk start from the village of art, Ubud.
Walk through the rice field, solitary temple,
some rare birds, also see how the farmers plow the rice field,
and all daily activities in the afternoon in a untouristed village, then proceed
to Petulu Village, the host of white egret
in the wild where they spread out on the rice field. This is a wonderful way
to experience the nature beauty of Bali.
