PAYMENTS

1. Advance Payment required
2. Payment in full is required at time of booking for reservation made less than 21 days (for group) and 7 days (for individual) before intended departure.
3. Indo.com reserves the right to cancel the reservation and apply cancellation charges should payments not be received within the above-specified periods.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

1. Notice of cancellations must be made in writing.
2. There are no refunds for any unused services.
3. The following scale of charge will apply, when cancellation is notified,

Illness or Absenteeism:
In case a tour participant has to withdraw from the tour after it has begun for reasons such as illness, be sure to obtain a medical certificate in support of any insurance claim. We regret that we are not able to make refunds for absences from the tour, including but not missed meals or sightseeing.

General information & conditions

1. This tour is operated by Banten World Travel / PT Kitaman Indah Wisata, Menara Batavia Building, 25th Floor, Jl. KH Mas Mansyur Kav.126, Jakarta 10220, Java, Indonesia. All correspondence arising should be mailed to this address.
   
   
2. The tour is operated year-round, except on seven days before and seven days after IdulFitri.
   
   
3. All booking must be made 60 days (for groups) and 30 days (for individuals) before the intended departure dates.
   
   
4. What's included in the tour price:
• Inter-City Travel
  By private motor-coach or minibus.
• Hotel Accommodation
  Prices per person are based on two persons sharing a twin-bedded room with private bath. o When booking triple rooms please note that the third bed may be a 'roll-away' bed. o Substitute hotels may be used at certain times and will be of similar standard whenever possible.
• Tour Director
  This tour is conducted in English by a professional Tour Director (If required, other than English-speaking Tour Director is available upon request, on a reasonable surcharge).
• Meals
  All meals are included.
• Sightseeing
  Excursions and entrance fees to places of interest visited as detailed on each itinerary
  
  
5. What's not included in the tour price
   Airport taxes; passports, visas; tips to your tour director; tour driver, (these gratuities are entirely at tour's participant's own discretion, and should be extended on an individual basis); laundry, beverages and food not on the regular menu; all other items of a personal nature.
   
   
6. Responsibility
   Banten World Travel / PT Kitaman Indah Wisata, referred to as the Operators, undertake the following duties.
   • The Operators shall be responsible to the passengers for supplying the services and accommodations described in this brochure, except where such services cannot be supplied or the itinerary used is changed due to delays or other causes of whatever kind of nature beyond the control of the operators. In such circumstances, the Operators will do the best to supply comparable services, accommodations and itineraries and there shall be no refund in this connection.
   • This brochure represents the entire agreement between the passengers and the Operators.
   • In the absence of their own negligence, neither the Operators nor their agents or co-operating organizations shall be responsible for any cancellations, delays, diversions or substitution of equipment or any act or omission whatsoever by hotels, transportation companies, or any other persons providing any of the services and accommodations to passengers including any results thereof, such as changes in services or accommodation necessitated by same. Nor shall they be liable for any loss or damage to baggage or property, or for injury, illness or death, or for any damages, or claims whatsoever arising from loss, negligence or delay from the act, error, or negligence, or negligence of any person not its direct employee or under its exclusive control. The Operators are not responsible for any criminal conduct by third parties.
   • All matters concerning this booking shall be subject to the Laws of the Republic of Indonesia and legal action arising under the contract shall be litigated only in the appropriate Court having jurisdiction in that country, which court both parties acknowledge to have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any legal action brought hereunder
