Indo.com Terms and Conditions of Hotel Reservation Usage

RESERVATIONS

FOR ANY HOTEL RESERVATION MADE BY YOU ON THIS SITE, UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION, YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOR FULL PAYMENT, OTHERWISE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.

Upon your check-in date, you shall present yourself personally, your Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase), Credit Card and other necessary identification documents (passport) for the purposes of confirming your identity and reservation to the relevant personnel at the Hotel. The Hotel will require you to sign the Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase). The Hotel WILL NOT accept you to check-in if the name on identification document and Credit Card DOES NOT match with the name on your Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase).

PAYMENTS
Purchase Payment shall be made by major Credit Cards that are accepted by our payment services provider, currently VeriSign, and their partner Banks. Purchase Payments are therefore subject to the approval of such financial institution/payment services provider and Indo.com shall NOT be liable in any way if such financial institution/payment services provider refuses to accept or honor the Credit Card for any reasons. Furthermore, Indo.com makes no responsibility to any surcharges made by your Credit Card issuer and/or their partner Banks. Please check with your Credit Card issuer if you have any questions regarding this matter.

IN ORDER TO PROCESS YOUR RESERVATION REQUEST, YOU ARE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE DETAILS OF YOUR CREDIT CARD. SUBMISSION OF YOUR REQUEST SHALL BE CONSIDERED TO BE FINAL AUTHORIZATION BY YOU AND IMMEDIATELY ON YOUR BEHALF YOUR CREDIT CARD WILL BE CHARGED FOR FULL PAYMENT UPON CONFIRMATION OF YOUR RESERVATION AND APPROVE CREDIT CARD. A VOUCHER (I.E. PROOF OF PURCHASE) WILL BE GENERATED IMMEDIATELY WHEN YOUR CONFIRMATION IS CONFIRMED.

Indo.com WILL NOT accept any other Voucher except Indo.com's Voucher unless it is otherwise specified.

PRICES
Indo.com will only impose charges for Hotel room reservation(s). Other expenses incurred by you are payable directly to the Hotel. For instance, you are required to pay directly to the Hotel for any extras such as food and beverages consumed, room services, pay-per-view TV, mini bar expenditures, telephone charges or other charges except those explicitly covered in the Generated Voucher (i.e. Proof of Purchase).

You can make modifications/changes to your reservation by sending email to us and Indo.com will make a new reservation as per your request. Indo.com shall not be liable in any way if you fail to secure previously reserved room rates and/or period of stay at the same Hotel.

MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES for SHORTENING OF STAY AND/OR DOWNGRADING OF ROOM TYPE
You are liable for any additional charges or expenses imposed by Indo.com and/or Hotels in respect to such modifications/changes for shortening of stay and/or downgrading or full cancellation based on our current Cancellation Policy.


MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES for EXTENSION OF STAY AND/OR UPGRADING OF ROOM TYPE
If you make modifications/changes for extension of stay and/or upgrading of room type, you WILL NOT receive any charges from Indo.com and/or Hotels.

Refunds, if any, shall be made by Indo.com directly to you based on our current Refund Policies.

FOR ALL KIND OF MODIFICATIONS/CHANGES (SUCH AS SHORTENING/DOWNGRADING OR EXTENDING/UPGRADING) OR FULL CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION REQUEST MUST BE SEND (BY EMAIL) DIRECTLY TO INDO.COM AT THESE FOLLOWING EMAIL ADDRESSES:

REFUND AND CANCELLATION POLICY
Refunds are made based on the Refund Policies of Indo.com and/or Hotels. The total amount that shall be returned to you upon a cancellation shall be your Full Payment less: any applicable deductions, fees or charges that are applied by Indo.com and/or Hotels and/or payment services provider and/or partnering Banks ("cancellation fees") as a result of modifications/changes or cancellation in reservation(s) made by you.
Indo.com will refund your payment by crediting back to your Credit Card account. Indo.com will instruct our partner Bank to handle the crediting process immediately after we receive confirmation from the Hotel on your reservation. All cancellation requests will be processed immediately. However, it could take up to four weeks for the actual crediting to take place, depending on your Bank's practice.
Each Hotel might apply different cut-off period depending on the period of stay and is set by each Hotel individually. However, Hotels that are using our services apply a cut-off period as follows:

Cancellation fees that shall be applied by Indo.com and/or Hotels are as follows:
  1. Cancellation charges for full cancellation and/or shortening of stay and/or downgrading of room type made on or before the cut-off period:

    A processing fee of US$10 or 15% of total Booking Value, whichever is higher

    Shortening of stay and/or downgrading of room type

    A processing fee of US$10 or 15% of total Refundable Value, whichever is higher


  2. Cancellation charges for full cancellation or "no shows" made after the cut-off period:

    Equal to 1 (one) night Booking Value per room

    Non-refundable

    More than 1 (one) night Booking Value per room

    Will charge a penalty of 1 (one) night Booking Value per room

    Plus

    a processing fee of 15% of total Booking Value


  3. Cancellation charges for "late shows" but no shortening of stay and/or downgrading of room type made after the cut-off period:

  4. Charges for shortening of stay and/or downgrading of room type made after cut-off period:

     

    INDO.COM

    Equal to 1 (one) night Booking Value per room

    Non-refundable

    More than 1 (one) night Booking Value per room

    Will charge a penalty of 1 (one) night Booking Value per room

    Plus

    a processing fee of 15% of total Refundable Value


We are not responsible for any charges applied by your Credit Card issuer and/or their partner Banks as a result of cancellation. Please check with your Credit Card issuer if you have any questions regarding this.

EXAMPLE
If you have paid for an Ocean View room type costing US$200, and you would like to downgrade (before the cut-off date) your room type to Garden View (which costs US$180), you will be charged for a processing fee of US$10 or 15% of the total Refundable Value. Thus, we will refund US$10 (i.e. {US$200 minus US10}-US$180) by crediting back to your Credit Card.

If you have paid for a room costing US$1,000, and you would like to cancel your reservation (before the cut-off date), you will be charged for a processing fee of 15% of total Booking Value. Thus, we will refund US$850 (i.e. US$1,000 times 15%) by crediting back to your Credit Card.

ALTERATION
We reserve the right to change, amend or alter prices or any conditions stated herein from time to time or without prior notice.
