Change in Bali Police Chief -in command

Bali Police Chief Inspector General Police Paulus Purwoko will leave Bali and promoted to Jakarta seat as Deputy Chief of Criminal Investigation Unit of Indonesia Police Headquarter. General Purwoko replacement is Inspector General Police T. Ashikin Hussein which now is the governor of National Police Academy.

Chief Purwoko was almost two-year term as the Head of the Bali Police and his noted effort is to improve security standards among tourism establishments around Bali for security and safety was the crucial issue to tourism industry in Bali.

However prior his moving to Jakarta to take his new post, Chief Purwoko also moving about 90 officers within Bali Police Squad. Those officers were high ranking officers and hold important and strategic positions within Bali Police.

One of those promotion was Kuta Police Chief, which previously held by Commissioner Beny Pramono is replaced by Commissioner Beny Murjayanto which previously was Chief Unit of Criminal Investigation of Tabanan Police while Commissioner Beny Pramono will promote as Chief Unit of Criminal Investigation Operation at Bali Police Headquarter.
