The 2010 Commonwealth Bank Tournament of Champions will be held at the Bali International Convention Centre in Bali, Indonesia from November 4 through November 7, 2010. It is a singles-only tennis tournament that will be played on indoor hard courts. It is the second edition of the tournament and was part of the 2010 WTA Tour.
Featuring top Sony Ericsson WTA Tour players and next generation champions competing in an eight woman, single elimination singles format (with the singles final and third/fourth-place play-off on finals day), it offers $600,000 prize money.
The 8 highest-ranked players who have captured at least one International tournament during the year and who are not participating in singles at the year-end Sony Ericsson Championships in Doha will qualify for the event; however wildcards into the tournament may be awarded.
The Commonwealth Bank Tournament of Champions debuted in Bali in 2009 and will continue there at least through 2011.
