Comprise of 12 unit minimalist modern private villas each featuring 2 bedrooms villa, private infinity pool, semi open living-dining area, fully equipped kitchen including stove, microwave, refrigerator, hot and cold water dispenser and mini bar fully stocked with imported wine, soft drinks and beers; and tropical landscaped garden. Master bedroom is having en-suite bathroom with wooden bathtub and separated shower cubicle and toilet.

All rooms are completed with air conditioner with queen size bed and wooden day bed, bath amenities and a plasma Television set in the living area with cable television channels and broadband internet access, safety deposit box each room.
