CONFERENCE & BANQUET FACILITIES
The banqueting facilities can accomodate up to 1000 people for standing receptions, in addition to 4 function rooms (Joged, Legong, Pendet and Kecak) with a total capacity of 120 seats. The Pandawa Poolside is an ideal setting for outdoor functions.
The Agung Ballroom offers seating for up to 1.000 people in theatre style, 1.400 people at s stand-up reception or 400 person at a banquet.
The Legong, Pendet, Joged and Kecak rooms are ideal for breakout rooms or class style gatherings from 25 to 50 people. |

- Communications - Phone, Facsimile & Telex Service available, at all times and all rooms are equipped with International Direct Dial Telephone (IDD).
- Sound & P.A. System - Free-standing and Table microphones on request. Built in and portable loudspeakers, operated from the control booth above the meeting rooms. Portable wireless P.A. Systems. Fully equipped wireless Simultaneous Translation with four individual chains.
- Secretarial Service - Full Secretarial Service available on request.
- Audio-visual & Photographic Coverage - Professional open real and cassette tape recorders, as well as Betamax or VHS (multi system), Video Recorder, Camera & Grand Screen Projector. An inhouse photographer is available on request for documentation, or souvenir coverage.
- Print shop - Art work-design, Flyers, Brochures, Name cards, Invitations and other printed matter may be prepared according to your requirements.
- Menu - Personalized menus are available for all functions.
