The Grotto of Our Lady of Sawer Rahmet is located in Kuningan, West Java, and is situated in the green foothills of Mount Cerme, which stands at 700 meters above sea level. Located in Purwokerto, the Grotto of Our Lady of Kaliori likewise has stunning views of the surrounding low land. The Grotto of Our Lady of Kerep in Ambarawa in Central Java is said to have restorative health properties.

The Grotto of Our Lady of Sendangsono, is located in Muntilan, Central Java, and is the oldest Grotto in Indonesia. The natural spring next to the Grotto, located between two big red sandalwood trees, is very eerie and is said to be haunted. Ever since the shrine was blessed as the Indonesia's first "Lourdes" Grotto on December 8, 1927, millions of pilgrims have visited the place.

Other Grottos well worth a visit include the Grotto of Our Lady of Tritis in Wonosari, Central Java, the Grotto of Our Lady of Sendang Sriningsih in Klaten, Central Java and the Grotto of Our Lady of Puhsarang, about 10 kilometers from the city of Kediri, Central Java.
