Syarikat Ginting, DVM. Director.

Dr. Ginting, 27 years ago. Syarikat Ginting, DVM Dr. Ginting took an early retirement from a government post to provide Bali Online with excellent leadership, management maturity and experience. Prior to joining Bali Online, Dr. Ginting is the Director of the Fifth Region of the Animal Quarantine Office of the Department of Agriculture of Indonesia, overseeing the provinces of Bali, West Nusa Tenggara, East Nusa Tenggara, and East Timor, after having served in the same office for the First Region in Medan from 1981-1987. Professionally, Dr. Ginting has also served as the Director of the Associations of Veterinarians Indonesia for the province of Bali. Dr. Ginting's community involvement includes serving as the President of the Rotary Club, Sanur Beach as well as serving as the Treasurer and an Elder for the The Protestant Church of West Indonesia Maranatha in Denpasar, Bali.

Eka Namara Ginting, Director.

Eka Namara Ginting, 27 years ago. Eka Ginting Serving beside Dr. Ginting is his son, Eka Namara Ginting, a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University. Being immersed amidst Internet development at Carnegie Mellon, and equipped also with an Economics undergraduate degree from the University of Washington, Eka saw the need to reach Internet members with information about Bali and Indonesia. Prior to starting Bali Online, Eka has worked as a Technical Associate for Bankers Trust New York and Citibank's Global Finance Technology Planning Division, as well as a Software Design Engineer for the Microsot in Redmond, Washington. In his community, Eka has served as the President of the Indonesian Student Association in Seattle, as well as participated as one of the founders of Bangsoi Foundation, an Internet-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping promising high-school students from the Batak villages in North Sumatera.

Darrell Kindred, Technical Director.

Darrell Kindred, 20+ years ago. Darrell Kindred Darrell Kindred, also a Ph.D. candidate at the School of Computer Science, Carnegie Mellon University, ensures that Bali Online's information and advertisement are delivered quickly and reliably. Having completed his undergraduate degree at Duke University, Darrell has also worked for Sun Microsystem in California and for IBM's T.J. Watson Lab in New York.
