DENPASAR (indo.com): Seniwati Gallery of Art by Women, Ubud, will display works by the Seniwati Women's Life Drawing Group. The exhibition with theme "The Bus Stop Here" will run from August 3 to 22, 2002.

The Seniwati Women's Life Drawing Group began creating their artworks in 1995 at the Seniwati Sanggar workshop in Ubud and only recently moved to Pranoto's Gallery. They have privileges to see many inspiring models from all over the World.

They have become more than just a drawing group because through the group, they could develop new skills, establish new friendships, got information, shared supports and perhaps, most importantly, shared fun.

The women's group stated that this moment is actually the first exhibition for them as a group and they are very grateful to Seniwati Gallery for this opportunity and for their backing over the years.

The Seniwati Gallery is the only gallery of its kind in Asia. It is known for its unique role and the high quality of arts.
